Do you charge for your services?

Our agents are compensated directly by the plan to help clients enroll.  We will never charge our clients for our services.

What should I expect during our first meeting?

Our agents are experts in Medicare and we use this knowledge to help our clients find the plan for them.  When we meet we do a full needs analysis so we can better understand our clients’ situations.  Then we explain how medicare plans work.

I don’t like pushy sales people, are you going to try to pressure me into buying something?

We do not believe in pressuring clients into making any decisions.

How is this different from contacting the company directly?

When you contact agents who work for the company or who are what we refer to as “captive agents”, they are only experts in one company where we are experts with several.  At our agency, we are looking out for the best interest of our clients.

Can I just walk into your office or do I need an appointment?

You are always welcome to walk into our office at 1354 Basse Rd, Ste 6 to see an agent, however, to avoid a wait it would be good to call and set an appointment at 210-908-6565
