Oscar is a graduate of Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas and received his degree in business management. Upon graduating, Oscar opened a restaurant for a year before deciding to sell it. Wanting to continue in the industry of helping and serving people, he joined Texas Medicare Solutions, where he now focuses on Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplements, life and Individual health insurance, and other products. Oscar enjoys playing baseball, watching sports, spending time with his family, and staying involved in the community.
